港鐵就高鐵清潔服務進行資格預審
本帖最後由 marcowong1011 於 2017-5-26 17:07 編輯To prepare for the operational readiness and revenue service of XRL, expressions of interest are hereby invited from suitably qualified contractors wishing to tender for Contract M1155-17 for the provision of cleaning and pest and rodent control services for XRL which include the West Kowloon Terminus, Shek Kong Stabling Sidings, Emergency Rescue Siding, trains, ancillary buildings, tracks, tunnels and trackside area.
The scope of Services will be divided in 2 sections. The first section is for the pre-operation services from the date for commencement of the Services until the opening of XRL. The second section will commence from the opening of XRL for a period of three years, with an option for extension for another three years.
唔...開始預備通車, 即係營運權多數交畀港鐵, 只係視乎形式係咩
雖然招標程序可以隨時終止, 又或者縮剩section 1
但以正常邏輯黎講, 港鐵冇信心/ 冇收到政府效風批營運權, 應該唔會搞咁多嘢
