大圍站商場綜合出入口及2號3號月台扶手電梯工程
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract K3025-20C : Integrated Entrance and Enhancement of Vertical Link between Platforms 2 & 3 in Tai Wai Station (TAW).The scope of Works includes the structural, architectural and building works and E&M works for the following:
a) Provision of a mini concourse at Mezzanine Level.
b) Decking over of the existing ceiling void at Mezzanine Level and structural modifications works for an escalator pit, a lift pit and a staircase opening.
c) Modification and relocation of the existing plant rooms and function rooms at Mezzanine and Platform Levels.
d) Associated building and structural work for the lift and escalator installation.
e) Modification of existing passageway at Platform Level.
f) Demolition of existing slab and staircase.

呢個大圍站係東鐵線沿線唯一未改為黨鐵化的車站,相信呢個藉口會進行地鐵化!!;P
btw,呢個站對上一次裝修已經係17年前配合馬鐵通車不少設施已經落伍,估計應該親今次工程一次更換埋並打通埋往紅磡車頭,往上水車尾個對出口.:lol AtrHenu 發表於 2020-8-14 11:31

睇個description係會拎2／3台中間挑高大堂黎開刀，意思係唔係咁
1）有行人天橋／通道由大圍上蓋個商場，距越3／4台上面去2／3台中間地面大堂對上嘅閣樓新大堂？
2）新大堂似乎有閘機CUC之類，再有升降機同扶手電梯駁返地面大堂？
3）會唔會係兩段扶手電梯：一段由閣樓大堂去2／3台中間轉車通道，另一條由轉車通道去返地面大堂？ himchan 發表於 2020-8-14 10:35
