What's wrong with changing passengers' usual practice??

It's passengers' responsibility to look at every single station notice, look at every single signage and listen to every single announcement.

Especially there are already a big visible banner saying "Interchange for Kwun Tong Line".
It's passengers' FAULT to ignore all those highly visible and clear messages.

If similar change happens in the US and passengers ask the staff those stupid questions,
the staff may swear at them or punch them up.

My goodness!!:L

The shame of PolyU... and Hong Kong.

After reading all the news, I realised why people still get confused even there are already clear messages. They still have a strong perception that "passengers must scan their card for interchange" or even mentally can't accept interchange can be done without scanning the card.

This is a matter of adaptability and what the sad thing is?? After 20 years of economic bloom, previously advantaged Hong Kong citizens start to loss their characters which are used to be the key to success of Hong Kong.

As I remember, the subway in Toronto is far worse than Hong Kong. They don't have large sign indicating the near building on the exit, and there is even no cellphone signal in the subway. Well, again, shall we follow it?

Actually, I should say that there are too many staff, or I may call them helpers, holding the cards showing the information. I also think that it is too much, and the passengers will be confused with lots of signs.

Anyway, I don't think you are capable to give such a critical comment if you even haven't been to there!

我開頭已經打左 "如果", 針對的係 "It's passengers' responsibility to look at every single station notice, look at every single signage and listen to every single announcement", 你咁講即係同意呢句?

But the banners are big and visible. Do you mean Hong Kong citizens are not capable to see those big and visible banners??

Any suggestions??
Offer a free one-to-one tutorial service to teach them how to "not scanning the card and just walk through"??:lol

I have been to Kowloon Tong Station and I know where they put those banners.

They are big and highly visible so there are no excuses.
