[Help] Cathay's SWOT analysis
Currently I am doing an assignment on reviewing SWOT analysis, can you tell the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat of Cathay Pacific, with reasons?My answers are:
S: Quality services + Good codeshare network + "young" equipments (not sure)
W: not enough long-haul equipment (not sure) + High price
O: ??
T: Direct flights between Taiwan and China + Bird Flu / SARS
