留意藍字，是指若一個作品，含有另一（採用cc-by-nc-nd授權）的作品而沒有作出改用（Collection, in which the Work is included in its entirety in unmodified form along with one or more other literary works, artistic works, performances, sound recordings or broadcasts, or other works or subject matter），可以合法使用。
