The Optical Data Network will provide optical fibre connectivity for the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) System, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System, Public Address (PA) and Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) in LRL. The Optical Data Network will interface with the existing LRL Corporate Data Network.
龜龜早前已經就輕鐵換八仔機, 以及係全綫車站加/ 換IP-based CCTV 邀資格預審
而從contract number 可以知道佢同加CCTV 係有莫大關係

The modification of DBG is to enlarge the jettison slots on DBG and DBG skirt panels to mitigate the door jamming because of fallen object. The fleet size of C-Train for modification of the DBG is 176 cars and each car is equipped with 10 DBG.

多數都係做西鐵轉車客,十個有九個搭輕鐵免費,屯門站至元朗市多數搭西鐵,d零件舊左唔換,唔係點服務免費客!

按理除了東涌線2款車﹐機場快線及市區線K車﹐東鐵線翻新車唔需要改門底軌﹐其他車都遲早要改裝。
即使新來的東鐵新K車﹐睇情況都要處理﹐除非唔裝外加的裙腳。
而家幾款車似乎都係門底﹐外面裙腳直接cover門底軌﹐做成一條gap﹐成為藏垃圾的一個危機。
不過﹐門底軌應該係無問題的﹐只係睇下點去修改裙腳。
佢覺得輕鐵有前景就唔會所有延伸計畫胎死腹中 輕鐵我會咁諗, 有唔少嘢應該都用夠期, 要換都正常
另一方面有議員建議廢輕鐵(實行可能性其實唔大), 雖然輕鐵係搵唔到錢, 但唔可以忽視同西鐵嘅協同效應
同埋輕鐵 + 鐵巴係大西北都叫有壟斷地位, 龜龜點睇都唔想失去呢片領土, 點都搵D 嘢做下去突顯佢嘅重要
(加埋重鐵「用心聽, 用心做」好似已經冇位入, 要係第二度入手, 留名睇呢堆嘢又計落「用心聽, 用心做」)

輕鐵wifi 唔係唔得嘅, 但會唔會成為payphone 翻版就係一個問題
(OT: 想平用PXXW wifi, 用$38 買某款儲值卡就得, 有半年玩)

今次C-Train 係加大個jettison slots, 係想加大隻門個「自動除錯」能力??
