[資格預審] 新車軌道檢測系統
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of an on-board rail inspection system (ORIS).The system shall be a proven product and shall provide real-time track image recording and condition monitoring including detection, dimensional measurement, classification and location reporting of rail cracks and defects automatically. Two sets of on-board equipment shall be provided for installation on two new trains to be operated on the Kwun Tong Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Island Line and Tseung Kwan O Line.The ORIS equipment shall be designed to be mounted on the underframe of the new trains.93 架新車之中有2 架會裝呢個system 去mon d 路軌
呢個嘢好似幾正下, 應該可以做到一邊行車一邊搵路軌問題
http://mtr.com.hk/en/corporate/tenders/C2221-16E.html 其實係唔係應該要有4套﹐每條線各有1部車有此系統﹐每天都可為每條線所有日常使用的路軌做檢查?
而家只係打算2部車有此系統﹐除非每日都會進行調線﹐否則每天最多只會為其中2條線做檢測﹐有2條線唔會做檢測﹐直至2部車調線才會改變檢測的路線。
PS. 我假設這個招標係買成熟的系統﹐並非引進後作內部測試﹐日後再決定是否再加單之用。

一google 就搵到呢個system 原來先前已經買咗5 set, 用係SIL(E) C-Train 同老翻SP1900
