愚問：新加坡／倫敦巴士管理模式比較
睇咗維基，新加坡而家係政府擁有巴士營運資產，然後分組批線比公司做。想問呢種模式係咪同倫敦嗰套一模一樣？定係其中一邊個營辦商控制／擁有嘅嘢多啲？

In that case, leasing should be much more common in London, considering that most railway rolling stock (whose operators are often under longer franchises) there are also leased.Is it right?
