I believe there are so many youths with heart staff in MTR. 同意, 我認為港鐵要檢討類似事件應對方法, 呢間公司危機管理有好多問題, 問責係需要, 但之後應對方法亦十分重要 呢件事仲有討論空間

按理應該打開車門俾唔關事的人有機會走
關上車門反而變困獸鬥
一來唔知行兇者有乜反應
二來亦未搞清楚佢身上有無其他兇器 港鐵第一次發生咁大規模打鬥場面有甩漏都在所難免，清客都係按正常程序做野沒有問題！
列車都行唔到冇辦法繼續行程，
當年兩單列車縱火案都係清客、對面線飛站甚至封站清場

As I know, the fighting start from the gate to the train, it should be the order of fighting, and it look more make sense to explain the native VS opposite. I agree, MTR should review the risk management of that. we need more trust and real fact rather than rumor.
