Operations Assistant（Code：O12）Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Possess at least 1 year’s working experience
- Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word and Powerpoint processing
- Good communication skills, hardworking and willing to learn
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operation Officer / Inspector on crew deployment to meet contingent operation needs
- Operate a computerized operation management system which captures data on daily availability of buses and crew
- Based on the daily bus and crew situation, execute non-scheduled assignment of crew and buses to avoid service gaps and optimize resources deployment
- Maintain an updated log on buses parked overnight at depot / bus terminus to facilitate early morning dispatches
- Handle passenger lost properties
- Required to perform early morning shift and roster duties
