The role reports to the Head of Commercial and is part of the company’s senior management team/exec team/leadership team. No previous bus experience is required.

Role Description:
The role would suit a hands-on senior leader or entrepreneur/ business owner with direct experience in travel, tourism and marketing. Overseeing the marketing team and a customer facility team of 10 officers and 25 frontline staff, the candidate will be responsible for increasing business opportunities and sales whilst having a clear focus on further strengthening the brand and re-positioning the business on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This will include marketing the current business and managing advertising sales. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be tasked with pursuing other tangential business opportunities, specifically around the tourism sector (Bravo has the unique credentials of carrying 10 million visitors from HK Airport and mainland boundary every year and serves almost all the major tourist attractions in Hong Kong).

Mandatory Requirements:


A dynamic and visionary leader with a hands-on approach

Entrepreneurship and track record of building relationships

Proven experience in sales of travel, tourism, transport products

A strong collaborator and advocate of sustainable transport solutions, partnership working, and the social contribution transport makes

Experience of leading and developing teams

Aware of technology and new business models as well as the ability to think about disrupters and constant evolution

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead your colleagues

Track record in developing brands and innovative marketing

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

Demonstrable experience of managing projects from inception to implementation

Graphic design savviness with regards to communications materials

Outstanding communication skills

Highly motivated self-starter


Desirable Requirements:

•                   Experience of being an owner or partner of a small business ready to build something more as part of a bigger group

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Planning and developing an overall sales strategy for the Bravo Transport Group

Contributing to the annual group budget and revenue planning through analysis, forecasting and business development projections

Overseeing the ticket sales function of the business, ensuring opportunities are explored and initiatives developed

Develop business partnerships and complementary business lines leveraging the existing core business

Develop and expand our tourism products

Yield asset value from mobile app to bus body, on-street facilities through direct sales or agencies

Uplift customer image of brand and product promotion materials

Creative development to drive results

Lead the marketing team to develop merchandise, run online and offline shop

Oversee the customer & staff facilities team which looks after customer facing infrastructure (bus stops, kiosks, etc.)

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

Be a key part of the team to transform this business into an extraordinary, world leading public transport business
