About the closing date of Penford Park (彭福公園)

I would like to know when is the closing date of Penford Park (彭福公園)
as the park will become the Horse Training Centre for 2008 Olympic Games.

I'm not sure when is the defined date for the closure ( 28/7? 31/7? ).
