菲律賓以東的熱帶低氣壓，已增強成為熱帶風暴，命名為象神。多個氣象機構都預測象神會向西北或西北偏西移動， 趨向呂宋，然後會進入香港800公里範圍，並可能影響香港。 佢地都預測入左南海之後會轉向西行，
唔會影響到香港..
都係果句，言之尚早，仲有變數存在，

香港天文台只係話國慶日會有雨，同埋有東至東北風5級，未必可以睇到煙花匯演 我都覺得今個國慶假期本港可能會受到熱帶風暴象神既影響，國慶可能未必看到煙花
唯有寄望中秋可以望到月光啦

The firework show is just good luck, depending the weather on 10/1/06 night.
There is still changing even though we expect there will be rainny on 10/1.

P.S.: if the sunny period is gone this weekend, then no Yellow Fire Warning is available because The Yellow Fire Warning can only available in this condiction:
1. Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
2. Driness (Relative huminity <= 70%)
3. Non-rainy day (i.e. either sunny or some cloudy days)
