Not really, the concept of fuel cell is different than Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), my recent coursework is to identify the latest transport technology and future of UK Transport:victory:
Citaro Fuel Cell bus is using liqufied hydrogen as fuel, the only thing it will produce is water wapour (H2O)
Wright HEV is using diesel as fuel but the hybrid is of course powered by the electric motor
