當年今日：天文台首發寒冷天氣警告(1999年)
1999年今日(12月19日)，天文台在有紀錄以來，
首次發出寒冷天氣警告，
市區氣溫只有約攝氏十二度。
在當日就有十多名長者懷疑在寒冷天氣下，
出現併發症死亡。

Seven years later, there was another 12-degree-C period on 12/17 and 12/18.Luckily, nobody died because the safety bell helps many seniors.According to the news, more than 900 seniors called for help, and more than 40 seniors needed to be sent to hospital. :(
After satety bells are invented, many seniors' lives are easily to be saved. :)

當年起廣州好凍 , 放 D 熱水起度 , 唔需要 5 分鐘
D 水已經好似凍都冰咁 ~~~ (當年廣州好似得 8 度) ~~~
