Sydney Buses新B12LE
最近見到Sydney Buses一批新Volvo B12LE投入服務，用上Custom Coach Body，從外表看起來同前一批冇分別，但係車隊編號就改為48XX開始，而唔係好似之前咁不論用咩車身跟住落，請問有冇高人知道點解改左編號？以下係Sydney Buses Volvo B12LE 0既車隊編號：
Custom Coach Body: 1406-1453, 1550-1556, 1558-1610
Volgren Body: 1611-
Custom Coach Articulated Body: 1661-1690 (一定唔止呢個數，因為333用果批都去到17XX)

而呢批48XX B12LE係咪STA上年訂果250 0既首批？因為我睇返STA annual report有段咁0既野：
"The 505 new buses will include a 250/255 split of Euro 5 Volvo diesel buses and CNG Mercedes buses that will allow State Transit to make strategic decisions about the use of the rights buses in the right parts of their contract areas. The 250 Euro 5 diesel buses and 255 CNG buses are expected to start entering into service early in 2007. The Euro 5 diesel engine is the latest in environmental technology offering the greatest benefits both environmentally and operationally. Under current negotiations, NSW is likely to be one of the first jurisdiction in the world to begin running the brand new advanced Euro 5 diesel engine. The 505 new buses will be in addition to the 100 new standard buses and 80 articulated buses that are being delivered as part of 2004/05 contracts. The 2005/06 financial year saw the addition of 77 new buses to the State Transit fleet. These buses were made up of 22 B12LE Volvo buses (Volgren body), five B12LE Volvo buses (Custom Coach body) and 50 B12LEA Volvo articulated buses."
而睇完呢段野又會覺得點解香港岩岩先至有公司訂Euro 4 0既新車，Sydney Buses就已經係Euro 5？仲有佢地訂果批CNG Mercedes係邊款？
另外，之前聽過話Sydney Explorer同Bondi Explorer會換車ga？但係好似淨係見到有d Sydney Exporer油返Sydney Buses色彩，究竟佢地會係換新車定換舊車呢？

- There are 80 Volvo B12BLEA artics in that order.
- The repainted Mk VI are ex-Airport Express buses.

At this stage,both explorer services are not getting any new vehicle 超劣作, 早兩日放工行過Townhall拍下的.呢批唔係505架那批, 係加訂的. 505部中的250部Volvo B12BLE係用Custom Coaches Evo II 車身.
