總結大家討論，當見到保安時，大家只要說英文 (只要不是廣東話) 便會沒有事。

有次係銀城街渣住相機影車被d保安阻止話係私家地方,
好采我以前係政府地政部門做時睇過哂d地圖界線
最後俾我大翻佢個保安經理轉頭..政府早就收番銀城街做公家路,
你估宜家條錦鏽大道政府死都唔肯"收歸國有":L Actually, for twice, I have a few former student (ABC or Americans) came to HK to visit me and my family around summer, and went to take some picture at a few malls, one student was stopped and demanded by the security to delete the picture, he didn't, and the security kicked him out, then after a few months, he decided to sue that shopping mall at small claims court (he also went online and spread how "courtesy" Hong Kong people was...." a few months passed by, he received a letter of apology and also, a coupon for a free ticket to Hong Kong (round trip) from an airline from the same company that manage the mall.
Next time, if you face similar situation, my suggestion is that: #1(If your english is quite good and sounds foreign) Call the Tourism Board to complain.#2 Call the media, and make a case that they are barring you from taking picture for personal memory.....

除非真是想趕客, 否則都唔會無理不容許別人拍照......
如果被趕的是外藉遊客, 必定會留下香港壞印象 Once I was look at apartments with my fiance at the mid-level.I went and took picture of the car park, visitor elevlator, main elevlator, and lobby and waiting area of the building, few security came over and try to stop us (They are professional, they can speak quite good english to my fiance, as she doesn't know much Chinese).Then I explain to them, I am a potentional buyer of the apartment, and want to examine the facilities.Then they told me one bizzar thing: (if you want to examine/ take picture of the places, you must have a journalist creditial......) my agent was trying to talk him/ his team out of the situation...but unsuccessful.and guest what...me and my fiance left immediately..

不獨私人發展商的屋宇, 我本月初去看居屋示範單位影lift, 一舉起相機, 未曾按快門就俾保安員阻止:(
O.T.: '屋企'是'62居'嗎?:lol 2月7日十二點左右，我同我同學行過新城市那個佈置，沒有圍帶，「喜」字中間有人在拍照（相中有人的），
我和我同學就當此裝置如無物從中間穿過，並未見有特別增強保安。
離題少少，新城市改成咁款，冇晒「集體回憶」（濫用:P ），
以前我可以同人講新城市廣場係我唯一入到去識路的大型商場，
反而屋企附近的荷里活廣場到現在都未摸熟，但現在我連去新城市的意欲也沒有了，
全部商場一式一樣白到刺眼毫無個性得個懶靚的外表內心卻是冰冰冷冷。
原來南蓮園池係咁架？我叫阿爸唔好去影相了～

示範單位就每一個都是嚴禁拍攝。
不過咁，我記得有板友係貼過示範單位0既示範
lift，而且佢又唔係發展商0既職員同埋記者，但
