Solution:Yeah, you are right.If you check the information carefully, you are easily to see the weather is warm even the sunshine is not quite possible.
If the sunshine is possible in early March (say 3/3/07), then the warmer weather goes much more furthermore. :P We expect if sunshine is valid, then the temperature can be up to 25 degree C, except the first day of the sunny period. :o
The average temperature in February is 19.5 degree C. :)How warm is this February?We do not know yet. :P

題外話:
聞吐露港的水位在40年上升了12cm,
地球暖化; 遲些十多個沿海城市會被淹沒, :funk:
不過我諗又唔會咁既, 到時水位上升, 全世界都會譴責排放毒氣最多的國家,

今年二月既天氣非常溫暖，二月都未過晒，平均氣溫就已經比正常值高成差不多四度，好大機會創出天文台成立123年來最暖既二月。
仲有，唔只香港，整個華南普遍亦o係今年春節都受到溫暖既天氣影響。

Solution:Up to 2/27/07:
The coldest time and temperature: 2/2/07, 12.9 degree C
Not enough condition to have the cold weather warning. ;P
The average temperature in Feburary: 19.6 degree C :victory:
Cold period is not possible next 7 days, even though sunshine may or may not be available.
There will be 25 degree C sunny period in the early March (see also #11), the temperature cannot go down next more than 10 days until the sunny period stops. :lol
The long term weather next 7 - 10 days: There will be no sunshine (or no such sunshine is possible) because of the cool weather.What is the property of the next sunny period?Not the 20 degree C sunny period seems possible, even the relative humidity is somewhat lower when the weather is cooler. :L
According to HKO, if the weather is rainny next few days, no such sunny situation is possible.
Exception: 2/23/07 case: this 7.7-hour-sunshine day is the additional because of stopping sunshine on both 2/22 and 2/24.:P
