中藝百貨即將重返前嘉利大廈重建後的JD MALL商場營業.

彌敦道近加士居道的中藝百貨即將結業，
現正進行清貨大減價。
相信應該與樓主提到的新店開張有關。

說起來，JD Mall的大業主是否中藝？

彌敦酒店，前中藝「臨時店」，全部三層的新租客將會是美心。

我估又係依家美心集團最流行既配搭，
MX + Starbucks + 元氣一齊開。

我覺得係 max concepts 餐廳 + 酒樓 (xx軒/宴會部)機會大D, 地下開餅店. Starbucks (已經有呀), 元氣(機會都不大, 佐敦都有一間)

仲記得當年嘉利大火前一個禮拜去過中藝行過一陣，
咁快就十年啦。
