我有個同學，半年前退左學，之前佢係住宿舍既，當然退學同時退宿．
學校一直都冇收過佢宿費，宿費每個月＄２２ｘｘ，佢走左半年學校都冇同叫佢交番宿費
直到前幾日，學校打比佢，叫佢交番寄宿其間冇交既若干金錢．
其實學校有冇權咁做？因為冇收 ...

You live in the dorm means you are obligated to pay rent
Acct Dept did not debt you does not mean the rent is waved or you are not responsible for the rent.
