1.背景資料
港鐵公司誠邀合資格承建商投標合約C7457.A-21E : DUAT線包括港島綫、觀塘綫、南港島綫、荃灣綫、將軍澳綫、東涌綫、機場快綫以及東鐵綫（EAL）和屯馬綫（TML）。
2.工程範圍
工程範圍包括在各個車站設計、供應和安裝以下物品：
1) 15m 2 2面LED Wall廣告面板；2) 6 個工位 10 個全高 LED 燈柱；3) 30m 2互動LED牆；4) 2 個車站大廳天花板30m 2 LED面板；5) 77台98/100英寸超高清(UHD)液晶面板56站，擴容42對86英寸超高清液晶面板27站；6）在軌道旁、站台和大廳擴建69個110英寸LCD/LED面板；7) 8 個 6m 2 LED 牆，形成一個新的廣告面板；8) 與現有廣告面板標牌系統（DSS）的接口；和9) 已完成工程的維修服務。NEW DIGITAL ADVERTISING PRODUCTS IN DUAT, EAL AND TML (CONTRACT NO.: C7457.A-21E)
Prequalification for New Digital Advertising Products in DUAT, EAL and TML

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Applicants for the works described below. This procurement is subject to the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement.
1.Background Information
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract C7457.A-21E : New Digital Advertising Products at stations of DUAT Lines including Island Line, Kwun Tong Line, South Island Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Tung Chung Line, Airport Express Line and those of East Rail Line (EAL) and Tuen Ma Line (TML).
2.Scope of Works
The scope of the Works includes design, supply and installation of the following at various stations:
1) A digital panel of 15m2 2-sided LED Wall;2) 10 Full height LED Columns at 6 stations;3) An interactive LED Wall of 30m2;4) 2 LED panels of 30m2 at station concourse ceiling;5) 77 units 98/100-inch Ultra High Definition (UHD) LCD panels at 56 stations and expansion of 42 pairs 86-inch UHD LCD panels at 27 stations;6) Expansion of 69 units 110-inch LCD/LED panels at tracksides, platforms and concourses;7) 8 LED Walls of 6m2 each to form a new digital zone;8) Interface with the existing Digital Signage System (DSS); and9) Maintenance services to the completed works.

5.Deadline to Return Answers / Information
Suitable Applicants shall receive a prequalification invitation via the E-Tendering System.The Applicants shall complete and submit all required information and details via the E-Tendering System no later than the time and date specified in the prequalification invitation letter.
All invitations and submissions for prequalification shall be carried out through the E-Tendering System at http://www.hkextender.com.
6.Other Matters
Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited. All information submitted including personal data, shall be used by MTR Corporation Limited for the prequalification of tenderers for this project.
Applicants shall note and make themselves aware of the Corporation’s ethical and probity requirements which shall be applied throughout the tender and contract periods. Further, Applicants shall not, and shall ensure that its directors, employees, agents and sub-contractors shall not, offer or give any advantage as defined in the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201) to any employee or agent of MTR Corporation Limited. Any breach or non-compliance with this paragraph by the Applicant shall, without affecting its liability for such breach or non-compliance, result in its application not being considered.
Applicants shall not apply for prequalification as a single entity if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another entity who shall also apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner in a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.
Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same contract, whether as a single entity or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister company” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall elect which company shall apply for prequalification.
