根據報章提及，她是在巴士駛進隧道時突然昏倒在旁邊的男乘客上。

I know, then? The death is just caused by her own disease. Just so "unluckily" the incident happened in bus.
So I don't think it is comparable to those "cold to death" or "hot to death" cases which are directly related to buses.
