你要單車考牌即係迫佢地遵守交通規則要求，第374G章 51條 ( 有關單車、三輪車及人力車的附加規則 )
(1)         除第(7)款另有規定外，在道路上騎單車或三輪車或掌管人力車的人，除超車時，須以單行前進。 (1989年第305號法律公告)

Registration will not solve any problems. Some licensed motorists could still exhibit very poor behaviour and use their excellent road rage abilities anytime anywhere.
