I do not think that standing up is the best exercise because this activity cannot use so much energy.Standing up just uses more energy than sitting down. :)

However, I agree that exercising more regularly can reduce the weight.
For example, swimming, running, walking regularly, ball games, etc. :loveliness:

Furthermore, because I like walking regularly, I can keep the shape fit. :)

Sit up 同掌上壓係唔錯o既 exercise,
當然要持之以恆先得.

至於行路就最簡單o既 exercise.

仲有要均衡飲食, 同埋定時做身體檢查,
咁患冠心病o既風險就會低好多.

曾經傳一個笑話,話住 HKU/CUHK hall的同學因為太「好食好住」
結果兩三年後出番o黎就心廣體胖,嚇親朋友,
希望樓主唔係啦!

回正題
除左Sit up外,玩划艇機應該可以減肚腩,但未必會極速見效

至於Sit up,聽人講可以早晚都做一次,首先早晚各20下(共40下),之後每日早晚各加2下(共4下),
一直加到每日早晚各100下(共200下)為止,就能見效,得唔得就見人見智

唔肥就假, 我住左3 年hall 肥左2x-3x 磅

或者咁,係返 hall 0個陣唔好搭 lift,行多
