Citybus Special Service Announcement (Issued at 1050, 9 OCT)
天文台宣佈將於上午11時40分改發三號強風信號，為方便乘客來往市區及機場與各口岸，城巴大部份日間路線及機場快線將提早於上午11時00分起陸續恢復服務，但部份路線因天氣及路面情況仍需暫停服務或改道，安排如下：
The Hong Kong Observatory announced that Strong Wind Signal No. 3 will be hoisted at 11:40 a.m. In order to facilitate customers travelling between urban area, the airport and border control points, most of Citybus daytime routes and Cityflyer routes will resume service at 11:00 am, but some routes will need to be suspended or modified due to weather and road conditions. Details are as follows:
暫停服務路線 Routes suspended:
6, 6X, 63, 66, 73, 260, 973, B5, R8
需改道路線 Routes with diversion:
14 (不經赤柱炮台, 黃麻角道) (Bypass Stanley Fort, Wong Ma Kok Road),
15 (不經文輝道) (Bypass Mansfield Road)

下列九巴路線是日暫停服務：

九巴、龍運於1140陸續恢復服務
九巴及龍運公布最新交通消息 (10:50)
因應天文台將會發出三號強風信號，九巴及龍運會於上午11時40分起陸續恢復服務。
此外，九巴B1及B9線、龍運S1及S64線現時正提供有限度服務。
下列九巴路線是日暫停服務：
14D彩虹特別班、31A、78B、86S、261P及288B

新大嶼山巴士(一九七三)有限公司宣佈，因預計天文台將改發3號強風訊號，以下路線將有以下安排：
陸續恢復正常班次 路線37M、38、39M、B2、B2P、B4及B6由11:30起陸續恢復正常班次
首班車按右邊列出時間開出，並陸續恢復正常班次服務 3M號線 東涌往梅窩 11:05
梅窩往東涌 11:20
21號線 大澳往昂坪 12:00
昂坪往大澳 12:20
34號線 東涌往石門甲 12:10
石門甲往東涌 12:35
36號線 東涌往迪士尼 14:30
迪士尼往東涌 15:05
37H號線 迎東往北大嶼山醫院 11:30
因道路多處塌樹致封閉，有關路線將暫停服務直至另行通知 1、2、4、11、23及A35號線
