飛行報告：西北航空 NW1/2 往返東京

這個夏天我們三人訂了一個旅行社的Package，由於是旺季的關係，
加上旅行社hold死日航、全日空和國泰的機票 (某旅行社只有2:50去東京的JL)，
通常西北航空都會用作自由行或機票出售。
又加上西北航空的機票較便宜，時間較好 (早機去晚機返)，故此在種種情況選乘
這間航空公司往東京。
我們三人在當日早上取得了機票後便立即check-in。

結果真的早到！到登機門時，空姐說登機門未到。
在起飛前也說：可以將航空雜誌取走作為留念。
總括來說，
服務算不錯，
只是serve我們那邊的空姐沒有什麼笑容而已。
而且機長Peterson起飛操控得穩定，很安全。 很快便要回程：

首先要過x-ray才check-in，check-in過後在海關再check多次。
但上機前不用再搜hand carry。
有指西北航空嚴守一超過20kg要收費、官僚又死板做法，
但我們沒有遇到這些情況。
我朋友買了不少﹐地勤見我們三人同行，不計單人，而係20kg x 3=60kg
的做法，否則我朋友要付錢才行。
地勤說我朋友的poster太大，但朋友堅持hand carry情況下最後可以帶上機，
空姐見了就將之放在機尾。
偏偏我坐的機較難拍，而且也看不到registration (NW的前輪數字和registration不同，於是要回家才知registration)。

在NW2安全影片有英文和日文版，
但NW1有英文和廣東話，
不過廣東話版本卻是書面語：

終於有飯吃，有泰式河粉和宮保雞丁選，我選了後者，又有蛋糕，好吃！
唯一美中不足的是份量較少。

沒有PTV，有audio channel 13-20個，除了有英文歌，還有日文，
但沒有廣東或國語歌。
我的headset只有一邊聲，之前KE試過，但今次我懶得叫空姐換。
航空雜誌有日文和英文，內容也不一樣 (忘記拍下來)......

18:45正式起飛，最後3:45小時到達，結果是早到！
這班機的空姐有部分是去程見過的，但NW1空姐態度比NW2的更友善，
連serve我們的美國空姐也友善得多！
而華籍會廣東話的空姐比去程的似乎還要多。
我覺得西北航空公司效率真的做到，航機又早到，對用盡時間旅行的香港人是好事，
而且sercuity check雖比其他航空公司嚴，但所花的時間不多。加上西北過往沒有
太多空難紀錄，所以在安全和效率上，西北航空一定有其優勢。如果只要求這兩點，
坐西北航空是絕對可以的！
在其他服務，餐飲其實不差，較遜的是747-400沒有PTV和那31-32"座距吧！
有沒有upgrade未必是一個大問題，但是西北出名高機齡，雖然可能保存得不錯和安
全，但沒道理30年(假定航機要到40年才退役的話) 都要遇到沒有ptv的747-400了吧！
建議全面替換16架747-400為有PTV/AVOD的座位。座距 - 如果坐長途機會太不舒
服......
總的來說，西北算是不錯的公司！ 那隻757只是用於接駁東京至亞洲其他城市(例如廣州) security check係機場保安負責，都唔關間航空公司事
NW1/2 目的地係美國，當然要搜hand-carry 下星期我都會係坐呢班機去東京:P

係，所以兩小時至兩小時半前去機場會穩陣，
(正如上文講後尾好多人)
如果做到e-check in就做先。
可是，香港保安檢查唔係check-in做，
而係上機前經過登機門前搜，
好彩就求其睇。
所以，請以最早登機時間登機 (如登機時間是7:35-8:10，7:35上機)，
同埋入境處好似有人趁開閘前睇身份證 / passport。
