The definition of KMB fare system

Definition:
No matter the fare of hog dog, KMB states that the air-conditioned service fare is 30 % more than that of the hot dog service.Therefore,
$a = $h * 1.30 (where $a represents the fare of air-conditioned service; $h represents the fare of hot dog)
Therefore, KMB likes to add up the price up to 30% from hot dog-valid service to whole air-condition service because of the definition listed above. :L
For example, we discuss the case of KMB route 70K.Generally, the definition is true unless some contradition happens.
