當時係下午7時，果陣還可以看見美麗的夕陽
到了大約7時38分左右，粉嶺突然刮大風
教練就要我地離開泳池，話陣間會有雷暴
7時55分，返屋企途中，突然落大雨、閃電和雷暴，攪到我全身濕晒

班人係個 camp site 度近距離睇住條閃電直「
