點解呢個一號風球, 好似三號時咁大風?
...記得以前, 有時三號風球時都冇今日咁大風!
其實尋日之所以咁大風..
都唔係范斯高既"功勞"..[當然佢都有份啦]
係東北季風既幫忙..
係佢同東北季風共同影響HK..所以感覺係特別大風~
不過今次CASE唔罕見..係秋天經常都會發生呢D情況...
不過今次而言,呢次東北季風對個風都有好同壞既影響..
好就係今次季風唔強..不至於將范斯高係海上消散;
唔好就係范斯高強度唔算強..變左東北季風對佢路徑影響較大..
令佢一直未能有偏北向量...對風迷而言當然不是好既消息~
*少少關於東北季風對熱帶氣旋既補充啦~
如果弱東北季風出現,強度較弱既TC就會係路徑上受季風影響較大..[即西移機會較高]
但對強度較大既TC而言..弱東北季風反而加強左佢地既強度[唔記得因為咩因素導致..]
而且影響其路徑既機會較少；
倘若強東北季風出現..因應帶來大量乾空氣,所以弱TC通常均會敗於強季風手上繼而消散,
而強度高既TC亦會因此而減弱得較快...

Also, the raining distribution also effects the result:There is lati-rainny on southern part Hong Kong, and because of geographical reasoning, there is more rain in southern district such as Shek O and Lantau Island.
Break down the sun in other parts of HK where is no rain!Stop the sun! :lol
The rainning goes westbound also as the typhoon (TC) goes west... :time: :call: :)
