The chassis was indeed designed and built inhouse by Marshall. As the Minibus was offered as an integral vehicle, the chassis did not acquire a name for itself.

The Primo never was Enviro 100. Yes much of the design was intended to be what would/could be the E100, but that latter was never announced, let alone launched, by the then Transbus.
