應該無。

都柏林的天氣算係幾溫和，就算係夏天最熱的日子，感覺上同香港的秋天差唔多。
所以無冷氣的問題唔大。

It's not HK. In any case, a little bit of heat is not going to kill anyone anyway, esp. when you think about other buses don't have air cond either.

In regard to 46A/B, I heard that the VTs were off that service now, replaced by the new EVs (B9TL/E400).

I trust you mean 都柏林 (Dublin) of Ireland not 柏林 (Berlin) of Germany.
