It's actually 9015, they have renumbered the whole fleet last year.

The accident looks like a repeat of that Connex Trident which lost its roof at Millbank a few years ago.

So L, do you think it is the driver or it is the maintenance team or even the tree who should be responsible for such incidents?I read from BBC that the driver was suffering from shock and passed out after the incident happened and I think Wright is quite a quality built in comparison to ADL. :PWhat do you think?Any investigation report so far?

as my memory, there was a similar case involved with a Trident/ALX400 in London few years be4.

No it's the tree from what i have read:

Looking at the video clip, that branch is quite large actually, and I agree that the body stands up pretty well to the punishment - although 9015 may now need a complete rebuild anyway.
