It seems that the area in front of the unit does not belong to the unit.

And If we build a ramp there with an assumption of 150mm level difference, it will take up around 1.5m x 4.8m=7.2m2. The current space in front of the door is around 1.5m x 2.5m = 3.75m2 Shops like this will pay rent for around...
Please note that the door now is recessed. Door may not be equal to the boundary of shop.
