Keyboard failure
My computer is a laptop. When I am using it to go on internet. I tried to type the address on the title bar. I typed 'F', a 'Find' window appears. I pressed 'W', the explorer has been disappeared. I think the 'Ctrl' key has been hold by the computer. Is any methods to solve this problem. Now, I can't go on web with this computer.Thanks a lot! 你用咩瀏覽器?

I don't think it is the explorer problem.
I tried to open the Word. Before the Word came, the monitor showed 'The Ctrl key has been held by me, do I want to open Word in Safety Mode?'. Obviously, I didn't hold it and I opened Word normally. When I was in Word, I press 'F', the 'Find' window came up again. Namely, the ctrl key has been held by the computer. I couldn't do anything and switched off the pc. What should I do now? Did I press something wrong on my keyboard? 部機仲有冇保?
有保用既拎返上代理度整啦 I think the warrant has been expired. Moreover, I am in Australia at this moment. I am not able to bring to somewhere else in Hong Kong to fix it.

I have tried to move out the 'Ctrl' Key and cleaned it. After that, the problem is still there.
The funny bit is the keyboard will go normal in an unexpected time for a while.
I have fixed last night. However, I couldn't fix it at all.
I think the system has something wrong with another software.
