不過﹐事實上巴士的位置係蝕底的。
除非巴士司機的口供非常有力講到自己無錯﹐再加有證人﹐否則應該係會輸的。
唔知你指蝕底係邊度, 呢條線係去右轉佐敦道, 所以架巴士係行正線.

我又有一條奇問題﹐如果這部車的落車門係向外推(即直梯車)﹐此情況會唔會頂住後門﹐巴士上的人會下唔到車:P 被迫用太平門下車。
架私家車有無咁長呀?
由相片睇...巴士係行正...當時唔知咩情況架私家車會咁..
but無論cut線...避車...攝位...都係私家車蝕底...
除非佢有有力證明當時cut線係安全情況下進行啦...

主要都要看2位司機回比口供。

澄清番一樣野, 呢果位中線係可以直行及右轉既, 所以右轉既巴士可以行中線或右線
不過睇圖就可以見到部私家車過哂火位, 責任誰屬就應該唔難分

Also, 1/3 of the car was in the lane which mean the bus driver should have seen the car trying to make a lane change. (believe me, an experience driver can tell what other drivers are doing)
in theory, if the bus driver was using defensive driving, he should be able to slow down and let the car make the lane change.
of coz, I believe the car was making an unsafe lane change.but that scence was really not to the bus driver's advantage.
if the car hit the front door of the bus, it would be a totally different story.

正確。昨晚小弟已經上床休息﹐無閒解釋﹐有你先行解釋。
看來你是有車牌﹐平時有駕駛的。
中文簡單講解番釋 :
由相片看﹐巴士車頭撞私家車右邊車身。即是私家車是進行過線(cut 線)﹐而過程是進行中﹐後方的巴士駛到﹐而撞到私家車。
作為後方的巴士﹐是可以見到私家車正進行過線﹐需要減速 甚至 停車 去讓私家車完成過線﹐避免發生意外。
但是﹐如果私家車是撞到巴士的車門﹐情況又完全改變。即是巴士比私家車快﹐私家車便是在巴士之後﹐在安全情況下才可進行過線。
強行過線便會撞到巴士右邊車身﹐不是撞到巴士車頭。

在任何情況下﹐後車撞到前車﹐95%係後車錯的﹐後車係蝕底的﹐這是法例上的觀點。
當然﹐後車要負責又不是必然﹐只要証明到前車有犯錯﹐一樣沒有問題。例 : 上斜路段﹐前車起步溜後﹐撞到後車﹐這便是 100%前車錯﹐前車要負責。

同意你所講，但我認為係私家車轉線時未有看清楚盲點。
巴士司機係應該睇到私家車想 cut 線，但唔一定停得切車囉!
呢 d 情況我自己渣車果時都見得多，不過亦好彩咁多次都 dup 得切 :L
