<Vancouver> Argentina-bound retired Flyer trolleybuses
After the last Flyer trolleybuses (E901A / E902) were decommissioned in April 2008, Translink, the transportation authority of the Greater Vancouver Region has reached an agreement with the city of Mendoza in Argentina, of selling 80 of these retired trolleybuses at the price of $2300 Cdn per unit and Mendoza will pay for the shipping.A friend of mine took these photos:

All of these photos are taken by my friends David Lam and George Prior, I have permission from them to post their photos here. Is that Oak Street Garage? Those photos are not taken at Oakridge Transit Centre (OTC), but rather at Surrey Fraser Docks down in Surrey, BC I remember there were some of these were parked on OTC in Septmeber when i was there....didn't know that they will go to South America soon...
