I don't think the point made here (words in bold) is important.
The most important point is that such behaviour is really dangerous which may affect others, hence this
is the real reason many people oppose to such behaviour.
It is not important who likes such behaviour or who doesn't.
I was in London on the 38 special ride day, and I do think the situation was a lot worse there.
But one point which must be made clearly: behaviour which the majority accept does not make it legal or
acceptable if it is dangerous, illegal or creating negative externalities for others.
Btw, just a question to ask: are you sure you can fully communicate with him?
I ask this just because even me, as a Chinese, found it a bit hard to follow your sentense when lots of
mistakes were made and many words were missing out.

it might be a bit rough for book worms~just so u know~there are a bunch of native speakers dont speak proper english
and being able to communicate doesn't necessary mean perfect grammar
as a chinese, my chinese is not perfect all the time 睇佢似係想影車上既乘客多d(可能有靚女都唔定)。:lol;P
