Due to the finincial probelm of DBTPL , would DB20 postpone the yearly check in order to save expense???

I think so. A stafftold me that DB20 won't resume service until the Chinese New Year, but he is not sure aboutthe future of DB20. He also said that DB19 will replace DB20's job for a while.
Really hope DB20 and 21 can renew on service again!! :Q
