[LA,CA] OCTA C40LFR (Suburban Version)
All suburban version C40LFR are in 51XX series in OCTA using Cummins ISL-G engine, and they are for communter routes such as 701 and 721 to downtown LA from orange county, which travels 30-40 miles per trip, to replace those D40HF (suburban), .
