LDN: the diesel and hybrid intergal Wright d/d

Wright introduced an integral d/d bus - which is based on a DAF chassis and a Cumming engine

There are two versions:
- Diesel operated
-Hybrid version.

Here is a comparison of the two:

WDL1 on route 468 is the diesel version.
WHN39002 on route 328 is the hybrid version.

Thanks for sharing.I can only say the hybrid version is having bond glazing.

This overall design of this new model looks odd; the rear overhang is out of poportion, a little bit too short.And, seems they are overweight at the rear even with a short overhang, as emphasised by the WNH.

No 328 finishes near a pub called World's End in Chelsea, quite a long way away from Stamford Bridge Stadium.

It has been fitted an air cooling unit, which took up the space there (the First vehicle got the same equipment as well, but was concealed by the bonded glazing).
