合約中的深奧英文問題，有冇人可能幫下我?
以下是小弟公司合約中的條款節錄7. You will be entitled to 12 working days paid annual vacation at the end of each 12 calendar months . Annual leave is non-cumulative except by special consent and cannot be used to off set as part the one month’s notice required upon termination .
14. You shall not either during your employment with the Company or after termination of such employment disclose to any person corporate or firm any information relating to the Company’s business or the Company’s of your employment with the Company .
15. You shall not either during your employing with the Company or after termination of such employment either on your own account or for any other person firm or corporate solicit interfere with or endeavour to entice away from the Company any person firm or corporate who at any time during or at the time of termination of your employment with the Company were customers of or in the habit of dealing with the Company .
16. The Company may terminate your employment forthwith without any compensation or payment in lieu of notice upon the happening of any of the following events :-
(b) If you shall be guilty of any gross default or misconduct or incompetence or willful neglect in the discharge of your duties or breach or non-observance of any of the stipulations herein , or disobedience or non-compliance with the lawful orders or instructions given by your superiors

小心喎, 這條是說明你做滿12個月才可享有12日年假~~ 即是你在公司的頭12個月, 你想請事假, 就一定要被扣人工 !! #:o

若新公司想向詢問舊公司有關你的工作表現的時候，舊公司可以不合作。
你可以話呢條例好廢，但舊公司真係想玩你，佢可以搞到你永遠都無法轉工。
