1)46X,86A,86B,86C邊部車最近？
2)之後點行???

I would say 86B... Should be fastest...
Get off at Mei Foo and you would see KMB building just before the bus arriving at Mei Foo and there is foot path linking Mei Foo and KMB H/Q...
