興田村看來keep得不錯，外觀頗好看，有新樓的感覺

However, a large area of mosaic tiles fell in 2003 and hurt somebody.

The condition of the shopping centre is also fair.

不是。

未興建興田村及康華苑前，該處應只是山坡，不屬藍田村範圍。
