Because of this property (the rain is stronger in the later part), the sun shines after typhoon may not be valid (possible; reasonable).In fact, there is no such sunshine valid on 6/27 and 6/28.:)
If one thinks that sunny intervals (plus shower and thunderstorm if valid ) is possible,then one should consider the date on 6/29. :)
However, there will be another sunny day on July 1. (No good if it is a pure sunny day! :L )
Does theshower period end?:time:The answer is NO. :P
Summary:
The typhoon comes fast and leaves fast, and the last part of typhoon period may not be valid because of the weather changes instantaneously. :victory:

I think you have used too much of the word "valid" in your posts,
which makes your posts clumsy and difficult to understand.
It is not "Chinglish" either, I wonder why you use English in this way.
回正題，尋晚睇衛星圖，見到浪卡的旋轉氣流(LLCC?)，化身一個虛無的小雲團，
脫離主要雨區，自己「撲」來香港，而且速度頗快，香港有風而雨不大。
雨區今日才來到香港，早上似乎同已進入內陸的旋轉區短暫整合，但浪卡已不能重生了。:lol
