[UK] National Express‧Caetano Levante
葡萄牙的Caetano Levante車身的旅遊巴士在英國的National Express隨處可見，本人在上月往英國的Salisbury旅遊時(當天是前往石柱群)，全程都坐到了配Caetano Levante車身的SCANIA K340EB4和VOLVO B12B，貼相上來分享下......:loveliness:

Caetano Levante車身其實真是不錯，空間感比IRIZAR更加闊，不過車身質素我認為還是在IRIZAR之下。
現時National Express內有大量Caetano Levante車身的SCANIA/VOLVO，所以好易就坐到。

Not sure about the Scania (I suspect a Scania’s 12-speed Opticruise gearbox), but the B12Bs are definitely fitted with Volvo's 12-speed i-Shift transmission. The gear level is on the right hand side, just next to the cup-holders. 呢條線係倫敦哪裡開出?

No, it's an automatic system based on a manual transmission. The only thing I know is it has a computer within the unit that, using factors like the speed and road conditions, calculate and select the right gear as the vehicle moves along. It does not shift through all 12 gears, but jumps through them when needed. So let's say for a standing start to 100kph cruise, it may shift from 2nd > 5th > 7th > 10th > 12th. Volvo's website has more information:

HS6573: VCS is at Victoria, London. 相比在香港的 "A 貨", 車內車外都感覺到造功的細緻
