海怡站位置問題
因為海怡路有海底電纜，所以不能於海怡路地底設站，
而新車站位置的確不及海怡路方便，
尤其對鴨脷洲邨居民來說
但港鐵有冇考慮過將海怡站架空在利怡/利澤樓對出?? 類似沙田圍站
咁樣可唔可以避開海怡路嘅海底電纜??
另外有冇條海底電纜嘅走線圖?? 又一條.................
1. Do you know Option A 的方案....
The Construction site 係 just next to the 利怡樓? May be 1M only
如果架空海怡站, 利怡樓最底 6 層可以收樓唔使住.....
再者, even 架空 build the station, the building still need to 打樁 and finally affect the cable... 所以可行性 = 0
2. 而家講左在 Lee Nam Rd 起條 footbridge connect to Ap Lei Chau Estate,
from ALC estate --> Option B 只需行 3 mins..

3. Both District councilors in South Horizons and Ap Lei Chau Estate conduct a research with all residents, majority of them agree the Option B.... 所以佢地潮撐 option B ga la... 好似樓主講果個方案, 海怡四期4年唔駛用巴士, 29-31座D樓價實跌到唔清唔楚....而家個方案好好多, 而且亦都方便。
