"请选择车牌类型：" --> Please select the type of car.e.g. "香港入境车牌" for the car in Hong Kong
"车架号后4位：" --> Please input the last 4 digits of the VIN of the car.It would not shown the name of the owner of the car in the result if the 4 digits are wrong.
