顏色太鮮、用既色種太多會令駕駛者「眼花」，容易造成交通意外。 唔知吐露港公路那些「不切實際」(用錯地方)的隔音屏障可否用在將軍澳道呢?

I think you can explain why you think those barriers are ugly or useless.
