可能係車型訓練喎, STA同九巴一樣, 不得駕駛未經訓練的車型.

Don't think so, if it is 車型訓練 they don't have to put the warning sign up, very high chance this bloke here is a new driver being trained up, especially seeing that extra nearside mirror that is attached to the nearside.
