Those are for testing, and I'm the passenger on those seats, (I think i am the only one who are not that exciting in the long ride to Seattle on the bus, because i feel in to a sleep, while others were like excited..., maybe I got used to the Double Decker:))..as I5 is similar to R3..

Maybe because Community Transit is own by First Bus, therefore, they are willing to try something British :)

The window has a temporatory license, when it was in revenue, it has a plate displaying the leter DLR XXXXX, which is a trade plate.
In WA, buses can swap license plate with the buses that they replaced, therefore, u can see Brand new King County Metro's using license plate of the Man Americana. (they usually wait for the whole new fleet of bus to arrived inorder for the old bus to withdraw, which is, say 200 bus, 135 in Regular service, the rest is spare.Metro must have 135 of the new type of bus in order to put them in service.) and the life of the diesel bus is exactly 20 years (that means after the 5000 series breda were replaced, Metro have to wait at least 15 years to get new diesel bus (when the Gillig reach 20 years old).....Trolley bus, however, does not have such restriction.

Even for private vehicle, at the first month, there are no regular license plate, only a piece of paper that you put on the window (that's the temporatory license)...similar to the EX license of Macao
